QuickFee Limited has announced plans to issue a total of 53,125,000 new ordinary fully paid securities, including 6,250,000 through a securities purchase plan and 46,875,000 via placement or other issuance types. The record date for the securities purchase plan is set for May 2, 2024, with an offer closing date of June 11, 2024, and issuance date of June 17, 2024. The proposed issue date for the securities issued through placement is May 9, 2024.
