PepsiCo (PEP) just unveiled an announcement.
At PepsiCo’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, an amendment and restatement of the company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan received approval from the shareholders, following prior approvals by the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors. Additionally, fifteen individuals were elected as directors amidst various shareholder proposals that were largely voted against, including those concerning executive compensation, gender-based pay gaps, and environmental and social issues. The appointment of KPMG LLP as PepsiCo’s independent auditor for the fiscal year 2024 was ratified.
